These Wax Melts are handmade to order in Ozark, Missouri. We use Soy Wax and Phthalate Free High Quality Fragrance Oil and Essential Oil Blends. If you choose to purchase a tester: Testers come in a small clear plastic container labeled Tester and Name of Product. **Bakery Bags are sealed** We have tested this out and sealing the bags have helped the wax melts not to frost as fast as unsealed bags. *Customers will not be able to open the bags to smell product.* If you wish to not have the bags sealed please reach out at time of purchase.
